Club Organization

Our Club is made up of three semi-autonomous Chapters under an umbrella of a single Club. This structure allows individual Chapters to take on distinct flavour as to who they attract and serve while providing for a single overall mandate and a centrally coordinated set of activities open to members of all Chapters.

Who Can Join?

Membership in the Victoria Men's Newcomers Club is open to all men who are residents of the Greater Victoria area. 

The current cost of Club membership is $15.00 per year.  Chapter luncheons are open to all Club members and any interested newcomer to Greater Victoria. For more information or to join our Club, please feel free to attend one of our luncheons or contact our current Membership Chairman.

Our Activities

Our Club is active from September to June. The Club organizes many activities and interest groups for the members, some of which continue through the summer months. One must be a member to participate. Want to find out more about the types of activities that our club members are involved in? Chapter Luncheon meetings

There are presently three Chapters spread around Greater Victoria, each meeting monthly for lunch and providing speakers on a wide variety of topics. Members can attend any, or if they like, all of the Chapter meetings.

Uptown Chapter
The Uptown Chapter meets at McMorran's restaurant in Cordova Bay at 12.00 noon on the second Thursday of every month from September to May. Being the original location of the Club, this is the largest chapter catering to over 100 of the long-standing members and providing a convenient location for newer members located in the northern parts of Greater Victoria. Midtown Chapter
The Midtown Chapter meets at the Gorge Vale Golf Club at 12.00 noon on the fourth Thursday of every month from September to May. This is the most recently formed of the three chapters and caters to recent newcomers and those members located in the midtown area. Downtown Chapter
The Downtown Chapter meets at the Union Club at 12:00 noon on the second Monday of every month. This chapter caters to those members who work downtown as well as those members who live in the downtown area.
